Overland Interiors creates premium, ready-to-install furniture and custom interiors for vans, SUVs, trucks, and overland rigs—helping you store more, move more easily, sleep comfortably, and make the most of every inch of your space.

We are based in Dundas, Ontario, where every product is designed, fabricated, finished, and road-tested with real adventure in mind.

Design Experience Meets Cabinet-making Craft

Overland Interiors is led by Andrew "Andy" Fleming, owner and creative designer. A graduate of Sheridan College's Interior Design program and Conestoga College's Woodworking Technology program, Andy combines formal design and cabinetmaking education with more than 30 years of hands-on experience.

That combination matters. Our products are not simply boxes cut to fit a vehicle. They are designed around how you move, sleep, cook, store gear, and live in a compact space. Every proportion, drawer, door, edge, latch, and mounting point has a purpose.

Made in Our Own Woodshop

Our work is produced in our fully outfitted woodshop using precision CNC fabrication alongside skilled hand-finishing.

CNC technology allows us to create consistent, accurate parts and repeatable fitment. Handwork is where the final character comes through: careful sanding, finishing, assembly, inspection, and the small refinements that make a product feel solid when you use it every day.

It is the balance of precise fabrication and hands-on craftsmanship that lets us build modular furniture that is both practical and beautifully finished.

Materials Chosen for the Backroads

Van and overland furniture has a harder job than furniture that stays in a house.

It needs to handle vibration, changing temperatures, rough roads, loading and unloading, wet gear, and the everyday wear of travel. We choose high-quality materials, hardware, and finishes with that reality in mind - then engineer each product for strength, serviceability, and long-term use.

Our products are road-tested in the environments they are made for. We build for the moments after the pavement ends.

Premium products should be priced fairly - and clearly.

Our pricing reflects the real work behind each piece: thoughtful design, quality materials, CNC fabrication, skilled labour, finishing, the right equipment, and the care required to build furniture that can stand up to life on the road.

We do not believe in inflating prices simply because something is built for an adventure vehicle. We believe in valuing our work honestly and building products worth keeping.
