Originally developed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 144, the system can also be adapted for other high roof camper van platforms and layouts.

Does the Overland Bed System™ include a mattress?

A mattress is not included. You can use your own mattress or order a custom-fit option through Shady Lady Window Coverings.

Are the storage drawers included?

The integrated interior pull-out drawers that double as steps into the bed are included as part of the Overland Bed System™. The rear pull-out garage drawer is not included and is sold separately.

Why are the bed panels ventilated?

The honeycomb openings allow air to circulate beneath your mattress, helping reduce trapped moisture and condensation.

Are the drawers included?

The system can incorporate pull-out storage drawers that also function as steps into the bed. Configuration and sizing will depend on your vehicle and layout.

Can I access my garage from inside the van?

Yes. The finished garage panel includes an access door with a marine-grade latch so you can reach your under-bed storage from inside the van.

Will it fit a Ford Transit or Ram ProMaster?

The system was originally developed for the Sprinter 144 but can be adapted for other vehicles. Contact us with your vehicle information and we'll help determine fitment.

Can the dimensions be customized?

Yes. Depending on your vehicle and interior layout, dimensions and certain components can be adjusted to suit your build.
