Graham’s Custom Overland Build: Built for the Road, Designed for Life

When it comes to vanlife, nothing beats gear that works as hard as you do. For Graham, one of our local customers from right here in Dundas, ON, functionality, durability, and clean organization were non-negotiable. So, we built him a fully custom setup that delivers on all fronts.

1. Double Bench Bed System
By day, it’s a clean and comfortable seating area. By night, it transforms into a double bed: quick, solid, and ready when you are. Each bench pulls double duty: the driver’s side discreetly houses the electrical system with proper ventilation, and the passenger side stores the water system for the shower and kitchenette. Everything has its place.

2. Custom Kitchenette
Built with a solid surface countertop and inlaid sink, this kitchenette is all about utility. Three dovetail drawers -spacious, soft-closing, and crafted for the long haul -hold all of Graham’s kitchen essentials. A ventilated cabinet keeps his truck fridge cool and efficient, while a service cabinet tucks away the plumbing and provides extra storage.

3. Microwave Cabinet with Lower Shelf

4. Upper Cabinets (x3)
Open overhead storage cabinets with removable fabric bins keep everyday essentials organized and within easy reach while maintaining a clean, uncluttered interior

5. Custom Bathroom Surround
Custom birch trim creates a clean, finished look around the bathroom while more upper cabinets provide lightweight, accessible storage without sacrificing headroom. No wasted space.
