From Cargo to Camper: A Complete Conversion You Can Install Yourself

Our customer David, from Ontario’s Waterloo Region, brought us his 2015 Chevy Express so we could transform it into a modular, minimalist camper that’s ready for weekend escapes without the cost or complexity of a full van conversion. The result is a fully custom, 5-piece interior system—built with our signature modern aesthetic and available as a complete kit through our online store starting August 8, 2025.
Built for Low Roof Vans, Designed for Real Life
Each piece was tailored to maximize space, support daily function, and maintain comfort inside a low-roof vehicle like the Express. The kit includes:
5-Drawer Cabinet
Designed for van lifers who want organized, easy-to-access storage perfect fit for low roof builds. Each of the five drawers offers smooth operation and provides secure storage for all your things.
Tall Utility Cabinet
Smart storage with ventilated space is the perfect solution to house electronics and provide a dedicated compartment for the Cassette Toilet. The clean, modern design keeps your interior feeling open, while the compact footprint makes the most of your floor space.
Microwave + Fridge Cabinet
This double-duty cabinet is designed to house a small microwave while supporting a 35L ICECO fridge on top.
Express Bed System w/3ft Rear Pullout Drawer
A ventilated, compact platform bed with clean lines and maximum utility - similar to our Low Roof Bed System, houses an under-bed storage system designed to securely store your battery setup with optional space for your heater. Stow essential gear like fishing rods easily accessible thanks to it's full-length slide-out tray and top cover. It also functions as a sturdy rear workstation at camp or on the road.
Upper Cabinet w/Doors
Simple, secure storage with doors that's perfect for discretely stowing everyday gear and keeping your space organized. We added a slim storage panel on the very left for David.
We also installed a rubberized floor for added durability and easy cleaning.
